Fertilize Without Synthetic Chemicals

You CAN – Protect your property value
You CAN – Have a beautiful landscape
You CAN do this without polluting and contaminating your local groundwater and streams!

Through run-off, whether via rainfall or irrigation, and deep percolation – the chemicals you use on your landscape will end up in the local groundwater.

STOP using landscape products that have synthetic chemicals in them!  Many of these leave salts that are toxic, and are very destructive to naturally occurring soil organisms that are highly beneficial.

A healthy soil has organisms that can out compete potential diseases and pests.  They compete by consuming the pest, producing antibiotics that inhibit them, and they compete for nutrients and space.

See our short articles on “Living Soil”, and “Bio-diversity”, for EASY ways to do the right thing for the environment while having green grass, beautiful flowers and no weeds!

For more in-depth information, see our Links page for USDA/NRCS and Soil and Water Conservation Society reference materials that will build your knowledge on these Essentials!
